Shipping of Alcohol

We have a strict policy to ensure all laws and regulations are met for adults over 21 or over receiving alcohol. Please read and understand the following.

  • Alcohol gifts can only be ordered and received by adults over 21. Upon purchasing you are agreeing and declaring that you are 21 years of age or older.  
  • UPS is our shipping company and upon delivery, will ask for the recipient to show their identification. If the recipient is not 21 years or older or unavailable to show identification upon delivery, the gift will be returned. 
  • If a gift is returned and reship is required, an additional shipping fee will be charged. 

Please note alcoholic gifts may not be shipped to the following states: Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Kentucky, Mississippi, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, or APO/FPO/DPO.

Please note our beer and wine gifts are shipped by a third party under license #

010070019289, JCO.  Gifts with alcohol can not be sold or delivered to minors.  As a part of our process of offering these gifts, you will be asked to confirm you and the recipient are 21 years or older.  If UPS can not confirm their age is 21 years or older at the time of delivery, your gift will be returned to our shipping company and an additional fee will be required to reship the gift.

Website Features

We have multiple website features to ensure that alcoholic gifts are sold legally including age gate upon entry into our website as well as a checkbox on each individual item asking the purchaser to confirm a second time they are 21 years of age or older and understand our terms regarding the shipping of alcohol.
